I would like to suggest to readers that if you have the time and have neighbors with a dog home alone for long days, maybe offer to let them out and play with them for free if you can. I did that and the owners were totally surprised that I would even want to. They wouldn’t have felt comfortable asking me. They thought they would be imposing or that there was no way a middle aged woman would want to do that.

Home Alone is basically about a family that leaves for vacation, but in the rush of getting out on time they forget that young Kevin McCallister was not with them on their way to the airport. So while they take off for Paris, Kevin wakes up to find that he is all alone in this gigantic house. It's all fun and games at first for Kevin, until he discovers that a pair of thieves plan on robbing his house thinking that the place is empty. Whiz kid Kevin sets up a number of booby traps and set ups that severely injure the bandits. Examples include one of the thieves named Harry getting his head set on fire, the other Marv gets hit in the head with an iron. These kind of stunts could kill a person in real life, but the magic of movies allows the bandits to shake it off and continue their mischief.
Rapper Machine Gun Kelly was chatting away with photographers in Hollywood as his good pal Mod Sun was secretly filming him without the paps even noticing! Once they spotted the fellow rapper, they went nuts and couldn't believe he was right in front of them the entire time. At the end of the movie, the rest of the family walks in exactly 1 minute and 20 seconds after Kate McCallister opens the front door to the house making her early departure from Paris and traveling with the polka band pointless. Harry, Marv, Buzz, and Frank are this movie's antagonists. Harry and Marv bid to rob Kevin's house, and Buzz and Frank bully Kevin, and are horrible to him.

I realized that dogs were totally dependent on their often ignorant and unmotivated owners and that I was too sensitive to confront this daily and chose another occupation. Some owners are motivated and well intentioned, and education will likely improve their dog’s lives. The two previously worked together on Second City TV , and were good friends. Candy died on O'Hara's 40th birthday, and O'Hara gave a tearful eulogy at his funeral.
Catherine O'Hara played mother to Tom Hanks' son, Colin Hanks, in Orange County . Tim Allen, Michael Keaton, Bryan Cranston, Ted Danson, Richard Gere, John Lithgow, and Christopher Reeve were considered for the role of Peter McCallister. The van that Harry drives has "Oh-Kay Plumbing" on the side of it. Pesci is remembered for his character, Leo Getz, saying "OK, OK, OK, OK" in the Lethal Weapon films.
We know most adult dogs canhold their bladders for more than six hours, but they really shouldn’t have to. Dogs have historically been left alone for long stretches without a second thought. As recently as a couple of decades ago, if a family needed to be away from home for a day or two, how the dog felt about being left behind – whether indoors or outdoors – was not an important consideration.
But another tune which is "All of my Memories" is just beautiful and perfectly reflects the theme of the film. It's also another one of my childhood gems, it's was just so much fun for so many reasons but also heartfelt at the same time. I really like the plotline as it's sort of a wishfulment fantasy being the man or woman of the house and just having complete freedom to do whatever you want and make your own rules. I watch this movie when it's not even winter or Christmas, it's just such an enjoyable film to watch and if you don't at least appreciate it you do not understand the art of film.
